This blog is almost entirely fictitious and Alison is a figment of the imagination of me, Liz Hinds.
I say almost entirely fictitious because some of the things she does or that happen to her are based on real life. However, while Alison is the divorced mother of two, I am the happily married mother of three.
I've set up this blog to arouse interest in my ebook that will be published soon. It's not so much a novel as a catastrophic trip through a year in Alison's life as she faces being middle-aged and single again. I hope you will enjoy her meanderings on this blog enough to consider buying the ebook when it comes out!
